Im looking for a motherboard that supports a pentium dual core E2160 and has agp support?
This Asrock motherboard is actually pretty cool. It supports both PCI-Express and AGP, DDR and DDR2 memory, and all the latest CPU's. It's a great transition board. Unfortunately it does have 4X PCI-Express, but that isn't terribly detrimental, probably a 10% performance loss at the very max, should get get a PCI-Express 16X video card.

Should do the trick nicely. And it's cheap.
