is it possible that when a laptop crash was because of a paricular user that i log on to because when i log on to other users, the laptop did not crash.

yup sure. why not? it could be that there is some startup program that is triggering a crash in that specific user you're taking about...

maybe its cuz of sum file that it loads wen u log into ur acc and that file screws up the laptop
