My laptop Dell Latitude D620 was and still is working perfectaly fine...until last night...I was watching a DVD and all of the sudden the sound started to break...like making a %26quot;scratch%26quot; sound...the image and everything else its perfect, the sound and music from the internet and files comes out perfect, its just when i play something in the dvd/cd drive....so i bought one of those Lense Cleaners....and i%26#039;ve being playing a several times already and you know they come with music and when starts playing i can hear the %26quot;scratchy-breaking%26quot; sound while the music starts playing and after a minute sounds good and clean...then I play a regular dvd/cd and the sounds keeps coming out %26quot;breaking-scratchy%26quot; again...
What should I do?? Should I keep cleaning it??
Is there a solution?? Is it going to be expensive???

its finding it hard to read the disks the laser might have gone, send it in to dell to get it serviced
