I tried taking of my power supply underneath the laptop and placed it back on, and actually manage to get the computer switched on but suddenly, my computer goes off by itself. So i tried doing the same thing, but this time, it wont switch on anymore!! Will these effect the files and pictures i have in my laptop?? i really dont want to lose them! Please helP!!

Try removing the battery and clean itz terminals and hook it back

adding a point to the answer above, the best thing to clean the connectors on the battery etc. is a pencil eraser, don%26#039;t use solvents!
