You don%26#039;t change your keyboard. However, there are programs you can use to enable you to type German characters. Here%26#039;s a free one:

Reply:you dont need to change keyboard, download language pack and use German lettets sticker put on your keyboard
Reply:Go to Control Panel on the Start menu, then %26#039;Regional and Language Options%26#039;. You can change the language settings there.
