No sound coming from my computer?
Check Device Manager.

You might need drivers reinstalling.
No sound coming from my computer?
get a new sound card
Reply:first click on the speaker icon and make sure it hasn%26#039;t somehow been muted. Then go into device manager find your sound card and see if it is working. Good Luck
Reply:Sound driver installed and not muted? New USB sound adapter fit the bill perfectly as replacement, they are fully plug and play under Windows XP and onward.
Reply:There is a small button on my mouse which mutes my sound card. You might have something similar :)
Reply:it may be the sound card or just the volume isnt up. i would first check that the volume on it is up and then check the sound card to do this you need to go to

Start%26gt;My computer(right click on mycomputer) go to manage%26gt;then look for the sound card the sound card will be under device mangager(most common is the realtek version)

then go to sound, video and game controllers go down to the realtek AC%26#039;97 Audio(you may have different one) right click on that and go to properties, look in the status box and check if it saying it is working properly, if not disable it then enable it.

this may solve the problem.

otherwise if all else fails you need a new card

hope this helps :)
Reply:hi if you have no sound there a few checks we can make here ok here we go

1, lets check the obvious volume is turned up

2, if your using speakers are they plugged in correctly

3,bring up your toolbar and look in bottom right hand corner you will see a litle speaker sign left click it and it will open mixer settings make sure that the volume is up and there should be a little box underneath the volume sliders that says mute make sure its not checked if it is uncheck it

4,hopefully your sound will be restored

5, if not click start and select control panel then select sounds and volume check you sound devices and drivers

6, if still no sound professional help may be required
