What is better? THe magic eraser thing or buying a silicone keyboard cover


also, if the eraser is better, do you know where I could but it? I live in NZ

I%26#039;m not really sure any kind of cleaner is recommended for keyboards.Most people turn them upside down and shake them to get the worst out.Then use a vacuum and a damp cloth to clean the keys.
Reply:silicone keyboard cover, you can just scrub it in the sink when it gets dirty, and those magic erasers are highly abrasive even though you wouldn%26#039;t notice, it would take the letters off of the keys over time.
Reply:The magic eraser %26quot;thing%26quot; uses water to be effective. Woulldn%26#039;t recommend it for use on any part of your computer - using water with electrical circuits not a particularly good idea. Would prefer the silicone cover. Less danger.





I live in Northern Ireland and work with computers a lot. If I wanted something similar I would probably go to my local IT store or PC specialist who would be able to give me first-hand info on what to use. I%26#039;m sure you live close to someone like that in NZ.
