Well sir you most likely have a virus or spyware ect. I highly suggest that you download Windows Live One Care from microsoft they have a free trial i think its for 45 days and it not only will take care of your problem it will also do tuning and maintance on your PC to keep it working at its best you can trust Microsoft. Hope this helps!!
