Upgrading to nvidia geforce 9600 oc?

okay im pretty sure this will work but before i do it wanted to double check





anyways..my computer is a dell dimension 9150 with





Operating system: Windows Vista ultimate


Processor: Intel Pentium(R) D dualcore 3.00GHZ


RAM: 4GIG ddr2


Hard drive: 320Gig


Display type: 20-inch flat panel LCD


Bois: phonix Rom bois plus version 1.10 A07


Video card: Nvidia geforce 7900 Gs


Sound: Soundblaster live


Power Supply: 375 watts





i heard u need at least 400 watts power supply for the nvidia geforce 9600 oc....





so my question is if i was to go buy the nvidia geforce 9600 oc and a 450 watt power supply will it all work propper in my computer..

yup...shouldnt be a problem. if you want to get a 500 to be on the safe side, thats kool but i wouldnt go any higher...thats wasting precious energy resources ; )

You should be able to run it if you have a free pci-e slot available. 450 is just enough to run the card plus everything else on your mobo.
