Hi, what you mean by not working easy? if it's not working at all, try check the IDE or if it SATA check that cable. Also try the molex power socket.
If it opens and closed but not working, check if it is recognized in CMOS and if it does try to check it if drive. right click on my computer/manage/ removable storage and see if it recognizes there.
