i have a aCER aSPIRE 5000 laptop. when i press a key on the keyboard the wrong letter comes up. for example if i press U i get a 4 instead. please help as i have to use the on screen keyboard which is really hard to use.

it sounds like u have a sticky key on your keyboard. If you have knowledge in how to remove the keyboard, remove it and clean the keys using alchol or IP
Reply:You've pressed the num lock key by mistake, so just press again to take off and your keyboard should go back to normal.
