Download gparted: http://gparted.sourceforge.net/download....

Download the LiveCD and use a program such as IMGBurn: http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=dow...

to burn the ISO to disk. (Both of these are free and open source). Then put the disk in the drive and restart your PC. Boot to the disk (You may need to go into the BIOS or Boot-Menu to boot into the CD). Once Gparted starts you will see all your partitions. Just select them one by one and press Delete. You can then choose to make one large partition or whatever you want. When you are done make sure you tell it to Start the partitioning. Its pretty self explanatory. Hope this helps.

other than right click method. you can format you drives by going to command prompt and typing:

FORMAT %26lt;drive letter%26gt;:

If you have 4 partitions:

format d:

format e:

format f:

to format the primary drive where windows is installed, use the windows xp installer and during installation you can choose the format option when prompted.
Reply:Hi, use a DOS floppy or cd and when it boots up type fdisk and the third option is deleting partition.

however if you are intending to reinstall windows you can format your drive while you are installing.
Reply:You can repair your OS for removing all the virus but all your data remains intact....

boot with OS cd.

press enter/F8..

press R for repair.. and continue with the instructions as it gives.

this will definetly remove all the viruses from your system.
