4GB of 1800MHz unless your running a server than 16GB would be your choice.

Wow, well if your running a 32 bit OS the 4GB would be better. If your running a 64 Bit OS then the 16GB would be the better choice.
Reply:16gb of ram? I dont think you can put that much on your pc as far as I know you can only have 8 gigs using a 64bit os.
